Position: Store Manager
Location: Stillwater, OK
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure the store meets sales targets.
- Lead and inspire a team of sales associates to enhance customer engagement and foster a welcoming store environment.
- Stay current with fashion trends to effectively manage inventory and visual merchandising.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive store performance and increase customer loyalty.
- Handle staffing requirements, training, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Engage with the local community to build brand presence and loyalty.
- Report directly to the regional manager and collaborate on growth strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in fashion or related industry.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for fashion and customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays and game days.
- Retail Sales Associate (12-15 hrs/week) Tulsa and Stillwater
Responsibilities:
-Welcomes customers by greeting them
-Staying current on trends in fashion
-Direct customers by escorting them to what they are looking for
-Advice customers by providing information on product
-Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence, offering suggestions and opinions
-Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results
-Keep Clientele informed of upcoming events and future merchandise of potential interest
